Today’s video is going to be a NO-TALK workout routine!  Today, we are doing an Active-Static Total Body Fat Burning Workout. This is a very fun and effective way of training! This fast-slow pattern is going to really get your heart rate up and get you sweaty.  I\'ll be showing you low-impact modifications all the way through so don\'t worry if that specific exercise is too hard for you, or if you\'re injured, or if you live in an apartment.
